Software Support and Training SpecialistAs an expert in our Online Ordering product, you will serve as the customer advocate, ensuring that they experience the prompt and thorough support that they have come to expect from PageDNA. This position involves a mix of customer education (via phone and WebEx training sessions) and technical writing, working on our library of text and video tutorials that reinforce concepts covered in training. Success in this position requires outstanding interpersonal communication skills, an interest in education (learning how others learn), as well as the ability to multi-task and self-manage projects through to completion. Though a graphic arts background or knowledge of applications like Illustrator would help with this position, prior knowledge of these applications is not required for this opening. We seek a "people person" who loves to take the complex and make it managable and understandable - both one-on-one and in our training materials. Position comes with salary based on experience.
