Frontline Support Engineer / Seattle

As a Frontline Support Engineer you will be expected to handle incoming email and phone calls. Customer questions may range from the cost of a module to how to use the module or help with trouble shooting a wide array of problems. You'll have our documentation as well as other support engineers to help you find and solve problems with an increasing self reliance.

Support staff is also expected to hep customers create web sites and or items on sites, that means using our own tools, as experts, to achieve their goals. Your knowledge of Print Production and prepress will be the key to your success. We use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign in addition to our in house developed tools.

We'll train on using our tools and teach you to program to our high standards.

Your written and verbal communication skills will come into play as you take over more project management - Your role will shift from just answering questions and building behind the scenes to a front and center position as the lead on a project interacting directly with customers in gathering spec and communicating your needs to internal stake holders.
